The website is provided through OpenAI Sites; its technical delivery uses cloud infrastructure. Hosting and infrastructure providers may receive connection data to the extent necessary. 4. Contact by email or telephone

When you contact us, we process the information you provide to handle your enquiry. Data is deleted once the enquiry has been fully resolved, provided no statutory retention requirements prevent deletion.

5. Postal business outreach

For business marketing letters, we process names, professional roles, company affiliations and business addresses obtained from publicly accessible company websites and professional directories. We identify the specific source used in the letter.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to introduce our services to companies for which they are professionally relevant and to establish business relationships. The postal service provider receives the recipient details required for delivery.

Once the outreach campaign has ended, we delete the data unless further business communication develops or statutory retention obligations require us to retain it.

You may object to the processing of your data for direct marketing at any time without giving reasons. An informal message to hello@konzeptatelier.de or through the contact details above is sufficient. We will then no longer use your data for marketing. We store the details required to respect your objection solely in a marketing suppression list for as long as necessary to prevent further marketing letters.

6. Retention period

Technical log data is retained only for as long as necessary for operation, troubleshooting and protection against security incidents. Data is retained for longer where required by law or where a specific security incident needs to be investigated.

7. Cookies, analytics and external content

This website does not set cookies, use audience analytics or load external fonts. There is no contact form. Clicking an email or telephone link opens the corresponding application configured on your device.
